for everyone
Would you prefer to be told the truth or what you want
to hear?

Would you choose to compromise what you know is sound
and sane in order to appease a person?

Have you ever felt bad about not following through on
something that should have been a priority?

The truth....

If the truth is there, there is no compromise....

Yes I have felt bad........but I try to keep my priorities in line so that doesn't happen :(

A true friend tells the truth no matter whether it causes pain or antagonism. I remember when I was madly in love for the first time and he hurt me by lying when I asked was he in love with someone else. 3 months later they are married. I found out from a friend that read it in the paper. The torment that I felt was so very life altering. But had he been real and truthful, yes there would have been pain, but not to the same extent. He would have at least had my respect, now he has nothing!

Compromise.....in other words, does the end justify the means? Not necessarily - you have to live with yourself!

Yes, I have felt bad about not following thru on a priority.........more than once! ~BuG hUgZ~

#1) I, of course prefer the truth.

#2) I have compromised what is sound and sane to appease others. Which is actually compromising my integrity and being a hypocrite to #1. I just try not to do that anymore.

#3) I would hope I felt like shit for not following thru on a priority.

Have a blessed day, J. xoxo

1. the TRUTH is always what I want to hear. I hate to be lied to. I rather deal with the truth than to have someone lie to me.

2. I stick to sound and sane as much as possible...

3. Yes. I have failed to follow through on lots of stuff and felt bad, but I've stopped torturing myself about it.
