hello all, I am in a retrospective mood lately, and making changes throughout my life. 08 is a true blessing for me, it marks my 5 year anniversary towards having a healthy mind in my battle with depression and despair. So i have been anxious about what 08 will bring to me, and welcome the challenges tugging at me from all sides! ..Ok first up today is:
Numba 1 - - You got your voter registration card? well if you dont WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU WAITING FOR? I have become quite inflamed over the last 3 weeks with the medias coverage of this campaign. two examples of the INFLAMMATORY RHETORIC are - - the absolute craziness of voting for someone based on their race or gender. The media basically has said to democratic voters, that if you are an african american you will vote for Obama cause he is BLACK (actually he is more African American than most African americans)...the notion that black voters cannot PICK and DECIDE on their own is offensive! What, we cant review the issues and vote for whom we want? What, we cant choose to

follow a leader of our own CHOOSING? hmmmm well i guess the time has come for minorities to choose whom they follow instead of the media APPOINTING leaders for us!! -- uuuuhhhh an MSNBC commentator was suspended for basically the following :: "The Clintons are PIMPING out Chelsea for the young vote" uuuuhhh hmmmm I actually saw nothing wrong with this statement since it is freaking TRUE!! Maybe the use of the verb PIMPING was a bit crude (is pimping a verb-or an adverb?? to Pimp out??), maybe he could have said "The Clintons are using Chelsea as a solicitor for the young vote" hmmmm regardless I hardly think it was so inflammatory, but then again what isnt nowadays? Ann Coulter can go on a talk show, and slander jews to a jewish commentator and not feel the wrath of an inflamed public. Im no religious zealot however i do take offense to someone who is an atheist laying the smack down on a persons faith regardless if it's Judaism, Mormonism, Christianity, Buddhism etc!!! Anyways, Im about to go workout and get ready for one of two birfday parties I must chaperon !!! LAWD LAWD
lastly... what is it with the word ACTUALLY and lil girls? seems every sentence out of my 5yos mouth has to begin with ACTUALLY..she Actually had the damn nerve to explain to me why she hadnt cleaned up her room yesterday, and I actually listened until i ACTUALLY tried to WHIP HER AZZ!!!

James, I am TOTALLY with you on the voting thing. As a Canadian, our voting is not as clearly scheduled as your is, but I STILL ALWAYS VOTE! Yes, we as Canadians and Americans live in free speech societies so everyone has the right to say what they want. But dammit if you (the general "you") didn't vote then I don't care what your opinion is. Wait, let me clarify... If you didn't get OFF YO LAZY AZZ TO VOTE then I don't care what your opinion is. It doesn't take long, it's not difficult to do, and be glad you live in a country where you have the right to do it. Because if you didn't go vote then I don't want to hear you complaining afterwards if things didn't go the way you would have politically preferred.

Okay, now that I have wiped the slobber offa my mouth, I am in total agreement about the voting issues....and I knew that this was going to be the topic of your next blog - you know me - psycho .......oops, I meant psychic! I am going to be honest, that politics never used to be at the top of my interest lists, but I have changed and decided to become more informed. Cuz I do not want another 8 years of another Bush in the office! One in the hand beats two in the Bush! And he has had his 2 (terms that is).....I notice that a lot of people will go with a candidate, just because of what one or two people say about them, rather than becoming informed and voting for the right one, for YOU! Thanks for being you and I am so greatful to the Lord for His work in your healing! Lots of luv to YOU! ~bUg HuGz!
